So, we travel regularly to www.onecharmingparty.com
and there we found the instructions for these super cute Treat Bags
Abbey & I made these on Tuesday night while daddy was out riding his bicycle.
We picked up the coins at CVS and the rest of the goodies at WalGreens. We put the loot in cellophane treat bags that can be picked up at WalMart or any craft store.
For the topper, we got our trusty StampinUpStamps and went to work. We measured the opening of the bag to determine our length and then measured the stamp to determine our needed height. I then doubled the height and scored it down the middle so it would fold perfectly over the treat bag. We stamped it with a “Happy St. Patrick’s Day” message and added a simple sticker we bought at Kroger.
At One Charming Party, we also found this really cute Leprechaun’s Breakfast
Abbey had her friend Chloe’ over for breakfast at 6:45 in the morning. I made pancakes and yogurt parfait for the girls before time for them to get on the school bus.
Then I took the treat bags and a special snack to Abbey’s school at snack time
and for dinner, we used a groupon and headed to the Right Wing Tavern where we had corned beef & cabbage and drank some green beer
I hope you and your family had a great St. Patrick’s Day!
It’s going to be 80′ here today and I am really excited about that.
